If you cancel a scheduled router or extender setup service before our technician is dispatched or remote configuration commences, you receive a full 100% refund of any pre-paid estimate fee. Written notice must be emailed to refunds@itcrip.com at least 24 hours prior to the appointment.
If you experience unexpected signal degradation or node disconnects within 30 days of installation sign-off, our technicians will re-evaluate your Wi-Fi channels and node placements at no extra labor charge. If physical barriers prevent agreed coverage, an itemized credit will be issued.
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5–10 business days depending on your issuing bank. Contact billing@itcrip.com with your receipt number for status updates.
